ServerSupport.co.uk is a trading name of SiRViS IT Holdings Ltd and a member of the SiRViS IT Group.

We are a UK based IT Support provider offering UK Nationwide cover on a wide range of Server Support Services to Business users, Local Government & Education. Linetex | ATM also provides European cover via Euroserv, of which we are a leading member.

What we do

Where our Customers are

Linetex | ATM's Customers are located:

• across the entire UK Mainland
• on some offshore islands
• in Northern and Southern Ireland
• on Offshore Drilling Platforms
• in some EMEA locations

This changes from time to time of course and Linetex | ATM's Engineering and Logistical Resources are regularly reviewed and repositioned to accommodate any changes.

We serve Customers who have distributed or centralised Networks, and everything from small businesses with a few people to major corporates with purpose built Data Centres.

Where we are

Our UK headquarters are located at Woking in Surrey. The headquarters houses the company's national helpdesk, spare parts stores, logistics management, repair workshop, sales and administration. Our Engineers are based across the whole of the UK Mainland and also in Ireland. We have stock locations positioned to serve our Customers which are regularly updated and repositioned to meet our contractual obligations.

Secure Data, Securely Handled

We take Data Security very seriously, and consequently all of our Engineers are CRB checked beyond the most basic standard and our ISO approved working practices are designed to ensure that your valuable data is handled, and if necessary destroyed, in a secure manner.

But if you are really concerned, we can devise methods of supporting your Servers whereby your Data is NEVER in our possession, and therefore there is no risk of loss or exposure while we are handling media containing your Data.

We are Accredited by many major Manufacturers to supply and support Servers to a high standard that the Manufacturers are prepared to put their stamp on.

We are also ISO Approved and are 'Investors in People', as you would expect from a company that offers top quality Server and Network Support services.
