We currently provide Installation, Maintenance and Support Services for over 6,500 servers in the UK.
We offer Maintenance, Repair & Support services for IBM xSeries, eSeries & NetFinity Servers, Storage & Tape Backup systems, with Fast Response & Fix up to 24x7 UK Nationwide.
Our nationwide team of Manufacturer Qualified & Certified Engineers provide either an on-site repair or replacement Server.
We place great importance on achieving a first time fix, and if this cannot be achieved, we offer loan units for short term workarounds.
Data Restore is available as an optional service, so please be sure to ask for this if you require it.
In the event that the Service Level Agreement (SLA) would be breached the call is automatically escalated to our Operations Director.
Keep your options open
Unlike many manufacturer warranties and support pack type service offerings, our Server Support and Maintenance Services do not limit you to the Manufacturer's own hardware options. Third-party components such as memory and hard disk drives that are not part of the original specification can usually be covered.
