Our Network Support Services protect and cover your network in the event of breakdown or failure. Our contracts are designed to be flexible and provide as much protection as you require from single items of equipment such as servers to complete and comprehensive network cover. All our contracts can be tailored to meet a four, six or eight hour fix time and include telephone support.

We offer complete cover for your network and protect your business against all parts and labour costs for the duration of the contract. These agreements offer usually offer the following features but can be customised to meet your individual business requirements:

• Telephone Support
  Our highly trained and certified engineers can provide telephone support to resolve the problem and get your Network running again as quickly as possible.
• Fast, onsite response
  An engineer will be onsite within the agreed time of reported failure of critical equipment such as servers or network switches/hubs.
• Loan Equipment
  If the faulty item cannot be repaired on site we will provide loan equipment to get your Network running within the Service Level agreed.
• Remote Support
  If you are happy to allow Remote Support for your Network, we will connect into your network from our head office in Woking when a fault arises and attempt to resolve it.
